I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying."

Leadership development

At Collegiate Sports Academy, students engage in a community-based service learning experience where they explore and practice the principles of servant leadership, while also serving as team captains and applying their leadership skills to effectively guide their peers. Young adults ages 19 and older receive weekly training and game-day opportunities designed to equip them as successful mentor-coaches within the community. CSA also employs current and former participants in its Leadership Academy, where they take part in social and emotional learning, literacy development, fitness training, boxing, nutrition education, financial literacy, workforce development, and volunteer service. Academy participants further strengthen their skills by planning and leading two neighborhood pop-up camps each week for youth ages 6–13, allowing them to apply their training while growing as mentors and servant leaders.
